Everything we quote from is on this page. If a job is not on it, we price it at the standard hourly rate and tell you the estimate in hours before we start.

What is in the hourly rate
- DBS-checked, directly employed cleaners — no subcontracting
- Machines, cloths, mop heads and the products on our list
- Public liability cover to £5m and employer's liability to £10m
- A named supervisor who visits every contract site monthly
What is not
- Consumables you want us to buy — soap, paper, bin liners — charged at cost plus 12%
- Parking or congestion charges where there is no space on site
- Waste removal beyond the building's own bin store
- Work on sealed stone, untreated timber or any surface under a warranty we would void
Terms
Contracts run monthly and cancel with 30 days' written notice. Invoices are issued on the last working day of the month and payable in 14 days. A missed visit that is our fault is made good within two working days or credited in full — your choice, not ours.
