Home

Do I need to be in when you clean?

No. Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code. Keys are held under a reference number, never with your address on them, and signed in and out.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, everything: vacuum, mops, microfibre cloths and our own products. If you would rather we used yours, tell us when you book and we take a few pounds off each visit.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes. Regular clients get one named cleaner, plus a cover cleaner who has met you, for holidays and sick days.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer after each visit, or monthly by direct debit for regular cleans. No deposit, no contract.

Office

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Yes. Office crews work from 06:00 before you open or from 17:30 to 22:00 after you close, so nobody works around a vacuum.

How do you price an office?

By floor area and how often. A 300 m² office cleaned weekly is about two hours per visit. The quote tool gives you a figure; we confirm it after a free 15-minute walk-round.

Do you restock toilets and kitchens?

We can. Consumables such as hand towels, soap and bin liners are supplied at cost and listed on the monthly invoice.

What notice do you need to stop?

One month for office contracts. There is no minimum term.

End of tenancy

Will this get my deposit back?

We clean to the standard letting agents inspect against, and if the agent flags anything on our checklist within 72 hours of check-out, we go back and fix it free.

Does the flat need to be empty?

Ideally yes. Furniture can stay, but we clean around your belongings rather than inside boxes, and cupboards need to be empty to be cleaned inside.

Are the oven and fridge included?

Yes, both are part of every end-of-tenancy clean. Carpets and inside windows are extras you can add in the quote.

How long does it take?

A two-bed flat takes a crew of two around four hours. Book at least two working days ahead; the start-day picker shows what is free.
