Office cleaning is a contract, not a series of visits, so it runs on one crew leader who knows the building: the alarm code, which floor has the sensitive files, whose desk must not be touched, where the recycling goes. Crews work before you open, from 06:00, or after you close, until 22:00.
We price by floor area and frequency. A 300 m² office cleaned weekly is about two hours a visit. The instant quote gives you a figure straight away; we confirm it after a free 15-minute walk-round, and the price then holds for twelve months.
Consumables
We can restock toilets and kitchens with hand towels, soap, bin liners and dishwasher tablets. They are supplied at cost and listed line by line on the monthly invoice, so there is no margin hidden in a bottle of soap.
Keys, alarms and security
Keys and fobs are logged to the crew leader. Every visit is signed in and out on a sheet you can see, and every cleaner is DBS-checked before their first shift.
Contract terms
No minimum term. One month’s notice to stop. If a visit is missed or not up to standard, tell us before 10:00 the next working day and we come back that evening.

Can you clean outside our working hours?
Yes. Office crews work from 06:00 before you open or from 17:30 to 22:00 after you close, so nobody works around a vacuum.
