Briskwell Cleaning Co. ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us about it at [email protected] or Unit 3, Wharf Lane Yard, Nottingham NG7 1AA.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book a clean: your name, email, phone number, address, and details about your property and access arrangements (for example a key or lockbox code). When you subscribe to our email: your email address.
Why we use it
- To arrange and carry out the cleans you book (contract).
- To send invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To send our monthly email, only if you asked for it (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Keys and access codes
Keys are stored under a reference number, never labelled with your address, and signed in and out to named staff. Access codes are stored in our booking system and shown only to the cleaner assigned to your visit.
How long we keep it
Client records are kept for six years after your last clean for tax purposes, then deleted. Enquiries that did not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Who we share it with
Our booking, email and accounting providers, under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection regulator in your country.
