Regular cleaning

The same cleaner, the same day, weekly or fortnightly. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting to a written checklist, with a note after every visit.

From: £60 per visit, weekly, 1-bed flat
Time: 2–4 hours per visit

Best for: Busy households who want the house reset every week or two

Deep cleaning

A one-off top-to-bottom clean for a house that needs resetting. Limescale, grease, skirting, inside cupboards and all the places a weekly clean skips.

From: £147 one-off, 1-bed flat
Time: 5–10 cleaner-hours, usually a crew of two

Best for: Spring cleans, before moving in, after building work or a long gap

End of tenancy cleaning

The move-out clean letting agents inspect against. Oven and fridge included, a photo report on the day, and a free re-clean if the agent flags anything within 72 hours.
