A regular clean is the same visit, done the same way, on the same day each week or fortnight. You get one named cleaner who learns the house: which cupboard the hoover lives in, which worktop marks, which rooms to leave alone when someone is working from home.
The first visit is longer. We reset the house to the standard we then keep, usually an extra hour on top of the quoted time, charged at the normal rate. After that, every visit runs to the same written checklist, and you get a short note of anything we noticed: a dripping tap, a blind cord that has snapped, a bottle of bleach that has run out.
Keys and access
Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code. Keys are stored under a reference number, never labelled with an address, and signed out to one cleaner at a time. If you are home, that is fine too; we work around you.
Holidays and cover
When your cleaner is on holiday, their cover comes instead. The cover has already met you on a handover visit, knows the checklist and uses the same key log. If you would rather skip that week, tell us two days ahead and you are not charged.
Changing or stopping
There is no contract. Move your day, go from weekly to fortnightly, or stop altogether with 48 hours’ notice.
FAQ
Questions about regular cleaning
Do I need to be in when you clean?
No. Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code. Keys are held under a reference number, never with your address on them, and signed in and out.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything: vacuum, mops, microfibre cloths and our own products. If you would rather we used yours, tell us when you book and we take a few pounds off each visit.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. Regular clients get one named cleaner, plus a cover cleaner who has met you, for holidays and sick days.
